You can track your package either by your Order Number or by your FedEx Tracking Number.

To track your package by FedEx Tracking Number, just enter the FedEx tracking number you received with your shipping confirmation e-mail. To track your package by your Order Number, simply enter the Order Number you received with your order confirmation e-mail and add -CH (exmpl.: 1234-CH)
